Customized Olympic-Style Training Program

If you’re looking to achieve superior athletic performance, you need to know it doesn’t happen by chance. We believe that the potential for greatness lives in each of us! But it requires proper instruction, technique, training, proper nutrition, and the “it” factor—heart, discipline, and dedication. Founder and coach Marc Bailey, through his personal experience as a 1996 Olympic Trials finalist and international competitor, knows what it takes to become a champion! His customized, Olympic-Style Training Programs are designed especially for those athletes aspiring to perform at an elite, competitive level.

Coach Marc formulated this program based upon his personal training experience under University of Georgia Head Track and Field Coach Wayne Norton and former SEC and Danish National Throws Coach Rafl Uebel, and has incorporated these training concepts with sports science content learned through the USA Track and Field Coaches Education programs. Each customized Olympic-Style Training Program incorporates advanced concepts in Training Theory, Physiology, and Biomechanics within the scope of time, frequency and length of the training program.

The process begins with our Discovery Interview, during which we learn about the athlete and his/her goals and aspirations. We then conduct performance tests and evaluations, specific to the athlete's chosen sport, and chart all baseline performance data. Once the interview, tests, and evaluations are completed, we develop the objectives, scope, and sequence of the individual's customized Olympic-Style Training Program.

Cost of the Olympic-Style Training Program depends upon program length, number of training days, and duration of training times.

Power Plates: Explosive Power - Accelerated!

Beginnning Fall 2011, we're excited to offer our clients the opportunity to incorporate Power Plate technology into their customized Olympic-Style Training Programs with Coach Marc.

Power Plate machines use the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration.
